Cultural mediation

The cultural mediation team of the Schallaburg offers both individual visitors and school classes a diverse programme of activities.  For school classes, the Schallaburg offers an active programme tailored to three age groups (7-11 years / 12-14 years / young adults) for the duration of the exhibition, as well as interactive tours through the Schallaburg. During our school weeks, we offer schools heavily discounted admission prices and additional programme items. Teachers can obtain information on the exhibition “Golden Byzantium & the Orient” on four information days with free admission and tour.

This year again, there is also a free, tricky puzzle book, not only for school classes, but for all children and young adults. The interactive exhibition tour and various creative and informative activities as well ensure excitement and fun.

Individual visitors can discover the castle, garden and exhibition on entertaining and informative tours. The cultural mediation team of the Schallaburg looks forward to seeing you!
